Audit Department – Ahmed Tafkeer

The audit department includes a group of distinguished auditors at a high level of professionalism with high experience in audit work, in accordance with Egyptian accounting and auditing standards. The audit department consists of two groups, each group consists of:

Head of a member group of the Egyptian Association of Accountants and Auditors.
The vice president of the group is an auditor and qualified for membership in the Egyptian Association of Accountants and Auditors.
2 (colleagues) certified accountants with practical experience to follow up the auditing work.
6 (colleagues) accountants under training who are qualified to enter the Egyptian Association of Accountants and Auditors.

The audit department performs all audit work on all companies of all kinds, especially joint-stock companies, limited liability companies, medium and large financiers, in addition to companies subject to the investment law in accordance with Egyptian auditing standards. It is prepared by the financial departments and submitted to the Board of Directors and provides all aspects of support and advice that may be required by the financial departments.
