Department of procedures of the General Authority for Investment
- Carrying out all the activities of the Investment Authority, including the establishment, general assemblies, ordinary or extraordinary associations, and all types of companies, as well as liquidation, transfer and merger of companies.
- Carrying out all procedures for granting residency to all non-Egyptian clients
- Carrying out all work related to the commercial registry, real estate registration, licenses of the Industrial Development Authority, the industrial registry and trademarks in accordance with the investment law
Department of procedures of the General Authority for Imports and Exports
- Carrying out all special procedures related to import and export activity and commercial agencies.
